At Casuals, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 3–7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not damaged by misuse
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on sale or discounted
- Underwear / personal items (if applicable)
- Items damaged after delivery
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color only
- Exchange requests depend on stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item or request store credit
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number + reason
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Shipping Fees for Returns
- Customer covers return shipping fees
- In case of defective or wrong item, Casuals will cover the shipping cost
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Refunds are issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (faster option)
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior request may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
