At Casuals, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 3–7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged by misuse

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or discounted
  • Underwear / personal items (if applicable)
  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color only
  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item or request store credit

Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via [your WhatsApp / Email]
  2. Provide your order number + reason
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customer covers return shipping fees
  • In case of defective or wrong item, Casuals will cover the shipping cost

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Refunds are issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (faster option)
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior request may not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
